Step 1 - How To Apply

International students (fee-paying) accompanied by their parent, may apply via the Online Application Form
After submitting the online International Student application, please send copies of supporting documents (i.e. passport, school documents, birth certificate, immunization records) to joanne.williams@nbed.nb.ca
ASD-W will review the application and supporting documents and if the student qualifies for study in our district, an Invoice for tuition will be issued.
Pay the tuition fee and the non-refundable application fee of $250.00.
ASD-W will send a Letter of Acceptance
Attach the Letter of Acceptance to your application for Study Permit
Secure Immunization Documents to New Brunswick Standards for use when you arrive to register at school: Proof of Immunization Form

Step 2 - Health Insurance

Anglophone School District - West is very pleased to have a partnership with Atlantic Education International (AEI). Student wishing to enroll in an ASD-W school and reside with a Homestay (relative, family friend, etc), apply through Atlantic Education International. They will provide you with a safe and caring Homestay to enhance the educational and cultural experience you desire.

You will need to provide for health Insurance, here are two major suppliers of Insurance for International students.

Step 3 - Apply For Study Permit

Go to: Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) Website
Follow steps to applying for study permit.
Submit application to IRCC.

Step 4 - Travel Arrangements

Make arrangements for travel to Canada.
